The Exchange Program is the main program developed and run by AIESEC globally, and it consists in offering working and cultural experiences for young people in the AIESEC network. It is the perfect solution for companies that are looking to have international expertise and employees for a period of 6 – 78 weeks. We can select the intern for your company who matches your required type of internship, educational background, work experience, skills, languages, country or region, internship duration and other requirements.

Career event „Tavo kelias“ („Your Way“)

It is forth year “Tavo kelias” is being organized in Lithuania. It is an opportunity for the companies to establish relations with the most active students of the biggest Lithuanian universities. Whereas students may get the space to get in touch with the companies as well as participate in learning environment. In this way we let us consider ourselves as the connection between corporate sector and youth. We understand that both companies and students expect us to create the cozy atmosphere to have close communication between both parties. This is why we react to the feedback and put our efforts to create growing value for students and companies every year.

National conferences

Those are NatCo (November, 2010), DARE (January, 2011), Take Off (April, 2011) and Synergy Baltic conference (March, 2011, this time in Latvia).
